1. Services
ORATSO CORP provides professional installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic doors and related systems. All services are subject to availability, site assessment, and technical feasibility. We reserve the right to decline or adjust service delivery based on safety, access, or structural requirements.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule confirmed service appointments. Missed appointments or cancellations made with insufficient notice may incur a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
3. SMS Notifications
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS notifications related to service confirmations, scheduling, and updates. Promotional messages may be sent only if you have opted in. Consent is not required to receive services. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
4. Client Conduct
We expect all clients and site contacts to interact professionally and respectfully with our technicians and representatives. Any form of misconduct or unsafe working conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.
5. Site Access & Safety
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the job site is safe, accessible, and compliant with local safety standards. ORATSO CORP is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by restricted access or unsafe site conditions.
6. Payments and Refunds
All services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom projects may require a deposit. We do not issue refunds for services rendered. Any advance payments, including deposits or packages, may be subject to specific terms and expiration policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, branding, and documentation are the exclusive property of ORATSO CORP and may not be reused or distributed without written authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
ORATSO CORP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services, website, or communication systems. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Miami-Dade County.
